Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Amazon Europe. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation across our EU marketplaces.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. You will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including program managers, product development, and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. Your expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines will be invaluable in building scalable and efficient solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as AWS Redshift, QuickSight, and Tableau, to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with data mining and ETL processes are highly desirable. Additionally, excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with data mining and ETL processes.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS Redshift and QuickSight.
What We Offer

At Amazon Europe, we offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
