Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an Investment Tax Specialist. You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of investment projects, coordinating tax due diligence processes, and providing tax intelligence to anticipate regulatory changes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of investment projects in various jurisdictions;
• Coordinate tax due diligence processes for new acquisitions and disposals;
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to design tax-efficient structures;
• Review acquisition/sale documentation and their tax implications;
• Develop tax strategies to anticipate regulatory changes;
• Communicate effectively with other departments in Luxembourg and London.
Qualifications:
• Master degree in Tax, Economics, Finance or Business law;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in transactions within the tax department of an investment management company, consulting or accounting firm;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proactive, able to multitask, identify priorities and respect deadlines;
• Fluency in English is mandatory, any further foreign language is a plus;
