We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our team at EuroLux Consulting Ltd in Luxembourg. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client's Alternative Investment firm meets all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and understand Luxembourg legislation and regulations, communicating key findings to the team.
- Collaborate with the Luxembourg Head of Compliance to ensure our client's obligations are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior-level questions related to regulatory obligations.
- Conduct compliance tests and improve controls to maintain a robust compliance framework.
- Provide regulatory advice to internal stakeholders and support product development.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of regulatory filings.
- Maintain compliance processes and procedures aligned with our global model.
- Stay up-to-date with Luxembourg and EU regulatory changes.
- Hold a degree in Law, CCSL, bar exam, or compliance certificate.
- 2+ years of experience in the legal, compliance, or regulatory field within an AIFM.
- Proven experience in improving processes and controls across a compliance function.
- Strong understanding of CSSF rules and regulations, as well as AIFMD.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and oral.
- Personable, efficient, and dynamic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
