As a key player in the Luxembourgish economy, we are looking for an experienced IT Technical Specialist to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise, operate, and maintain services and equipment of our network and systems according to ITIL processes.
- Manage the Technical Service Desk for user organizations in the public safety area.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, detect problems, and troubleshoot our services, network, and systems.
- Ensure the availability of our services, network, and systems, adhering to the Service Level Agreement.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, applying best practices as per ITIL recommendations.
Your Profile
- You hold a Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- You have good knowledge of IT networks and systems, with ITIL knowledge considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with mobile network technologies (2G/4G/5G/TETRA) is desirable.
- You are flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess good analytical skills.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken), with Luxembourgish and French language skills seen as an asset.
