Responsibilities:- Review and analyze documentation to meet customer due diligence requirements;
- Support client files for high-risk clients;
- Conduct periodic reviews of client files;
- Update client databases as necessary;
- Regularly screen client data against published lists;
- Monitor transactions and screen for suspicious activity;
- Review and analyze alerts related to sanctions and embargoes;
- Escalate suspicious transactions to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including internal audit;
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of AML and Compliance Control Plans.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of applicable EU and Luxembourg legislation;
- Experience with AML in Luxembourg (preferable Banks);
- Knowledge of Depositary Bank duties in Luxembourg;
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of English (all other languages are an asset).
