As part of a specialized team, you will be responsible for analyzing risk management measures related to information and communication technology (ICT) within the scope of reviewing application files for authorization and ongoing supervision of financial entities.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze sections related to ICT organization and ICT risk management in application files for authorization of future professionals in the financial sector
- Analyze notifications for use of ICT third-party service providers by entities supervised by the relevant authority
- Provide expertise and support to other supervisory departments in assessing compliance with regulatory requirements
- Offer advice on IT strategy, digital transformation, and other matters related to ICT risk management
- Contribute to monitoring new technologies and digitalization trends
- A university degree in information systems audit, IT security, or a related field with a specialization in finance or economics
- At least 3 years of professional experience in information systems auditing or ICT risk management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; fluency in French and/or German is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; commitment to travel for business purposes
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including DORA, PSD, eIDAS, NIS, and others
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP are considered an advantage
The successful candidate will be hired as a public employee under a permanent contract. If eligible, they will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant.
