Job Summary

Als Portfolio Operations Specialist werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und werden sich auf die Überwachung und Koordination von Fondstransaktionen, die Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen und die Überprüfung der externen Fondsbuchhaltung konzentrieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Bearbeitung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle von Wertpapier-, Devisen- und Derivategeschäften
  • Überprüfung der externen Fondsbuchhaltung (NAV-Reconciliation)
  • Erfassung, Koordination und Überwachung aller Fondstransaktionen (Anteilsscheine, Kasse, Wertpapiere, Derivate, Gebühren)
  • Schnittstellen-Management für und mit Depotbanken, Fondsbuchhaltungen und Zahlstellen sowie zum Transaktionskontrahenten/Broker
  • Instruktion von Wertpapier- und Handelsgeschäften an Depotbanken/Fondsbuchhaltung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Rahmen von Projekten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung interner IT-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Financial Engineering-Team
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen BWL, Mathematik oder Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bank- oder Investmentfondsbereich
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Fondsbereich (Verwaltungsgesellschaft, Depotbank, Fondsbuchhaltung, Asset Management) oder im Handelsbereich von Banken (Mid Office) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der Beziehungen und Abläufe/Prozessen zwischen den relevanten Parteien (unter anderem Verwaltungsgesellschaft, Fondsbuchhaltung, Depotbank, Portfolio Manager, Investoren)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Fondsbuchhaltung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Abwicklung/Settlement von Wertpapiergeschäften (SWIFT, SSIs) von Vorteil
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit Excel (VBA von Vorteil)
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Belastbar, leistungsbereit, teamfähig, selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst
