The role of Client Onboarding Lifecycle Officer is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for clients. To excel in this position, you will require strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Onboarding Coordination:
    • Manage the onboarding lifecycle from initial contact through to operational go-live.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients during the onboarding process.
  • Process Management & Optimization:
    • Design, document, and implement streamlined onboarding workflows and procedures.
    • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance client experience and reduce onboarding timelines.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Customer Service and Business Development teams to facilitate smooth client transitions.
    • Represent the onboarding team in internal governance and client meetings.
  • Reporting & MI:
    • Maintain accurate onboarding records and dashboards.
    • Provide regular updates and KPIs to senior management and regulators as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML, or a related field within the financial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience onboarding complex legal structures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English; French, German or any other European language is a plus.
