This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. The Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions for our projects related to Fund Operations. This includes providing guidance and support for approved projects, collaborating with enterprise architecture, and managing technical production incidents.
About the Role- Produce detailed designs, formalize, and implement technical solutions for our projects related to Fund Operations (Fund Admin, Transfer Agent), based on market standards and architectural good practices.
- Provide guidance and support for approved, initiated projects.
- Provide qualitative analysis of business user needs and evaluating the feasibility of their requirements.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture to align data needs, integration of new solutions.
- Providing L2/3 support to business stakeholders.
- Manage technical production incidents (coordinate, implement resolution).
- Carry out release engineering tasks.
- Carry out troubleshooting and system integration testing tasks.
- Understand, adapt, and contribute to the innovation of target architectures.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Computer Science or Information System or Software Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Engineering department or development team.
- Experience in Java/JEE and related frameworks, and/or Python and PL/SQL.
