We are currently recruiting a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Luxembourg office. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join Centralis SA, a dynamic and human-size company that values employee growth and development.
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate regular reports on cash collection
- Provide support for billing processes, including generating and issuing accurate invoices to clients
- Verify billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure billing consistency
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer payments, billing activities, and communication
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role and possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Any additional language will be considered a plus. The successful candidate will also have the capacity to build positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth communication regarding payments and billing inquiries.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around €45,000-€55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer an attractive package that includes training support and flexibility, making it an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.
