This internship is an excellent opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in IT service management. As a member of our IT Service Desk team, you will assist users with IT-related issues and provide valuable support.
You will have the chance to explore a range of activities and tasks within an enterprise IT environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in incident management and service request fulfilment, providing end-user support remotely and in the office, registering and managing tickets in our service management system, working closely with all areas of IT to support activities outlined in our project roadmap, contributing to our User Administration process, and reviewing, creating, and improving procedures related to Service Desk activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Enterprise technology stack, including Windows 11, MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools. You should also possess good customer and service orientation skills, be willing to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
We are looking for a curious and tech-savvy individual who thrives on exploring new tools, solving technical puzzles, and understanding how things work. If you are eager to work with state-of-the-art technology and products, and have a good sense of humor, we would love to hear from you.

- Assist in incident management and service request fulfillment in our Service Desk.
