About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled International Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon Europe.

As a key member of our People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you will play a vital role in driving a positive employee experience through HR programs, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will own and deliver projects that drive progress towards business goals, engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation.
  • You will resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary matters, while coaching and developing HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • You will analyze internal dashboards to create reports on key PXT metrics for leadership, partnering with business on organizational design, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive HR experience, ideally working with field teams. You must have demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a fast-paced environment and matrix organizational structure. A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required.

You will also need to demonstrate a true hands-on approach, as well as the ability to successfully monitor the 'pulse' of the employee and corporate group to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments is essential.

You should be able to coach and mentor leaders and leaders of leaders, create and drive effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs, with a passion for learning and development. You will be Customer Obsessed with the ability to Think Big, Dive Deep, and Deliver Results with a Bias for Action.

An estimated salary of €80,000 - 110,000 per year is available for this position, depending on experience.
