**Your Role...**
- Contributing to teaching (lectures for Master students and thesis supervision)
- Assistance in PhD student supervision
- Close collaboration and knowledge exchange with national and international collaborators

**What we expect from you**
- A PhD in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Chemistry or related disciplines
- A proven experience in process engineering with design, commissioning and optimisation according to R&D's specifications
- Strong background in water monitoring and water/wastewater treatment
- Advanced competence in laboratory and analytical work is necessary
- Capability to examine large data sets
- Ability to work effectively in a team and good communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience with high-resolution mass spectrometry and target/non-target analysis is a plus
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, skills in French, German and/or Luxembourgish are a bonus but not necessary
