Amazon Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable business customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, stores and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses and large institutions (and everything in between). Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customers, so we are reinventing many aspects of our business model. Amazon’s approach to this segment is peculiar, and unique because we are combining the Amazon marketplace dynamic with B2B procurement and selling policies to iterate and improve our current experience. We are building new solutions to enable our global business customers to find and buy products from Amazon stores and be in compliant with their procurement and business policies. We are disrupting the status quo of B2B by delivering new, efficient solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between).
We are seeking a seasoned product manager to join the Amazon Business Europe Product Management team. This person would coordinate the Managed Spend roadmap for Europe and directly own Instock/Availability for Managed Spend in Europe. Enterprise customers organize most of their procurement spend through longer-term agreements, which is often described as Managed Spend, and this requires a different approach and feature set. The person in this role will need to understand the needs of European customers and provide European requirements for the WW tech roadmap. This person will work with multiple internal stakeholders to re-define and iterate on new processes. In this highly visible position, they will also interact with the senior management team within Amazon Business Europe to create and demonstrate new value to business customers.

Key job responsibilities
Our environment is very fast-paced, and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams in a complex space. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the end-to-end Managed Spend roadmap for Europe
- Define the Inventory/Availability requirements for Managed Spend customers in Europe and provide product requirements to Worldwide Product and Tech teams
- Help build and drive a multi-year roadmap for Managed Spend and Inventory/Availability for Amazon Business in Europe.
- Work cross functionally with European Retail, Customer, Fulfilment and Operations Teams to ensure a compelling Customer and Supplier experience.
- Build programmatic solutions for Managed Spend while scalable tech solutions are being developed.
- Dive deep into customer and business data to derive actionable insights and implement mechanisms to drive business benefit from these insights.
- Leverage Amazon’s know-how and industry trends to identify the right strategy and solutions that will delight business customers across multiple use cases and personas.
