Sr Product Manager, Monetization, Amazon Devices

Relevant work experience as Product or Program Manager in e-commerce, online campaign management, display advertising and/or consumer marketing/sales.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field (eg: Marketing, Business, Economics).
- A demonstrated history of success in data intensive quantitative analysis and recommendations, data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Significant experience in successfully taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels across Amazon.
- Fluent English required.

Key job responsibilities
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Understand our long-term creative and operational vision for Amazon Devices Content Monetization, and manage keystone projects in service of that mission.
- Establish and improve our business and decision-making processes that affect the organization across the entire product release lifecycle, from development to green-light through release.
- Conduct critical organizational design work to assess and optimize cross-org structures and engagement models to best meet our business and content output goals, finding ways to keep overheads as low as possible.
- Own two to three cross-country monetization boulders which can span several monetization businesses (advertising, subscriptions, rentals/purchases).
- Develop and oversee implementation (end to end ownership) of complex revenue growth initiatives that require buy in from stakeholders across different Amazon orgs.
- Work cross functionally with senior leadership in Amazon Devices and Amazon 2P Partners as well as all functional teams such as: creative development, content licensing, business affairs, legal, production, music, marketing, public relations, finance, accounting, data science, analytics, research, and programming to identify new initiatives and drive them through execution.
- Perform complex analysis, own Monthly/Quarterly business reports and and create business driving documents that surface key learning and recommend new revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop and deploy customer data and dashboards to enable strategy and decision-making.
- Track, monitor, and report progress on our strategic, operational, and performance goals.
- Track progress, manage escalations and continuously drive the organization towards our goals.
