A leading Private Bank is looking to reinforce its Luxembourg Operations team.

**Position Overview**:
**Position responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cash and position reconciliation for Ex-Custody portfolios.
- Provide expert support to the front office in pitching and onboarding new Ex-Custody clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for external custodians and the Operations team for questions related to Ex-Custody portfolios/transactions.
- Investigate and clarify cash and position differences in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to investment managers and institution client departments.
- Contribute to various Ex-custody-related change initiatives and projects.

**Position **Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Associate degree in business administration, completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education.
- **
A minimum of 3 years in a Custody role and at least 7 years of relevant work experience** in Banking and Finance.
- **
Strong understanding of External Custody/Global Custody business with a sound knowledge of operational aspects of different asset classes and SWIFT.**:

- Good capacity to express him/herself in writing and speaking as well as the power of synthesis.
- High motivation, flexibility to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, and willingness to contribute to a team culture.
- Solution-oriented and hands-on working attitude, combining reliability, accuracy, and pragmatism.
- Team player willing to take full ownership of his/her tasks and area of responsibility.
- Very good command of English and French languages, (German is a plus), good communication and presentation skills.
- A few technical IT skills and familiarity with IT language and processes are also a plus.
