Your area of responsibility:

- Communication with customers, forwarders and Schenker branches worldwide.
- Registration of shipments in the STAR EU programme.
- Tracking shipments and proactively dealing with problems and informing the customer.
- Rate agreements with customers, Schenker branches and transport companies.
- Processing of complaints
- Organisation and tracking of special transports with corresponding status reports to the customer
- Preparation of loading orders for special transports.
- Representation of the local area if required.
- Optimisation of processes, capacities and costs.
- Planning international trips with a focus on meeting lead times.
- Individual projects.
- Completion of missing key events.
- Focus on spot market brokerage.

Our requirements:

- Completed vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk
- Professional experience desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English and German
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- High degree of flexibility and communication skills
- Strong customer orientation, as well as assertiveness and resilience
- Actively live the service concept and implement it effectively
- Ability to work in a team
