- Hardware Asset Manager - h/f_
- dédié(e) à l'analyse et à la gestion des éléments de configuration_

**Votre mission**

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l’équipe IT Service Management & Continuity, vous serez en charge de:

- Fiabiliser la qualité des données d’inventaire de la CMDB (Base de données de gestion des éléments de configuration).
- Mettre en œuvre et suivre des indicateurs de contrôle de la qualité des données de la CMDB.
- Mettre en place d’un plan d’inventaire des données de la CMDB.
- Développer les outils et les requêtes permettant d’assurer la complétude de notre CMDB
- Développer et maintenir les dashboards mettant en évidence l'état de santé de nos données.
- Garantir la conformité du résultat des inventaires aux exigences groupes.
- Assurer le bon déroulement des audits internes et ou externes.
- Contribuer à la formation et information des utilisateurs de la CMDB.

**Vos activités au quotidien**
- Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de contrôle de la qualité de gestion des assets.
- Établir et réviser périodiquement les indicateurs pertinents pour l’organisation en relation avec les différents contributeurs au cycle de vie des assets.
- Établir la réconciliation, organiser et suivre les plans d’action nécessaires jusqu’à leur clôture.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus (revue régulière des processus et des documentations associées, indentification des plans d’amélioration continue).
- Être force de proposition afin de garantir une meilleure maîtrise des risques.
- Mesurer et rendre compte de la performance réalisée aux comités adéquats.
- Contribuer à l’évolution des outils d’inventaire et de réconciliation.
- Mettre à jour les outils et référentiels nécessaires à ses activités.
- Contribuer l’accostage avec le groupe dans le cadre du move to cloud.

Vous intégrez un domaine au cœur du pilotage de la production informatique, ce poste vous permettra:

- D’être un acteur à la définition des processus ITIL qui sont essentiels dans un environnement de transformation digital/IT.
- Avoir une vue transversale de l’IT BGL-BNP Paribas car vous êtes appelés à échanger avec tous les domaines de l’IT.
- Participer à des projets d’accostage avec le groupe et de développer son carnet d’adresse ainsi que sa connaissance du groupe BNP PARIBAS.

**Environnement de travail**

Vous faites partie du service " IT User & Operation Services " et plus particulièrement du domaine « IT Service Management & Continuity ».

Ce domaine gère l’ensemble des processus ITIL dont la gestion de la configuration est l’un des piliers essentiels au pilotage de la production informatique.
**Votre profil**

**Etudes **:Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine informatique ou management informatique.

**Expérience Professionnelle**:
Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie dans les domaines suivants:

- Administrateur base de données
- Développeur SQL
- Développeur tableau
- Développeur Dataiku

Les expériences suivantes constituent un atout:

- Production informatique
