**About the Role**:
**Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg** is looking for **Better For You (BFY) Product Innovation Manager **that aspires to be part of the Ferrero innovation journey.
In this role, you will be reporting to the BFY Strategist, being dedicated and part of the BFY team within the Strategy & Innovation department.
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the** exploration and recommendation phase**, in which you will conduct global **competitive intelligence **on the BFY perimeter monitoring new launches; you will run regular market/business **performance analysis **to assess effectiveness of initiatives and impact on the business metrics (sell in, sell out,) and brand KPIs (awareness, penetration,); you will make country-specific deep-dives to highlight phenomena and** consumer trends**, in order **to identify and synthetize consumer insights and opportunities to propose new flavours and formats.**
In terms of **execution phase**, you will guide the **maintenance and renovation **of product range strategy of the BFY Brands, portfolio management and complexity from consumer units to trade units while you will guide the new **near innovation** in the new product development, according to the Brand Strategic Guidelines.
The** new flavours** and/or **formats extension **of existing products will also be part of your responsibility, coordinating relationship with manufacturing partners inside and outside Ferrero, as well as other internal functions when necessary (on recipes, packaging, operations, supply...) to get from idea to the delivery of the project.
Last but not least, in relation to the **validation and follow-up phase**, you will lead the **consumer validation funnel**, planning, briefing and setting up the research field activities (Qualitative and Quantitative). You will deeply analyze research results, in order to identify and propose opportunities of marketing mix fine-tuning and be responsible of the continuous** tracking of the budget** spending and requirements for the brand activities (research projects and marketing costs).
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring a **Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering **or other fields and **5 - 7 years of experience **in covering a role of **Brand Manager **in an international **FMCG company.**
You have a **solid understanding of the FMCG business, Marketing** and are knowledgeable of** key global business functions.**
Moreover, you will bring first-class **program/project planning and management skills** and your first-class** agency management experience on multi brand / multi geographies projects.**
You have a **solid understanding of product innovation and shopper end-to-end communications **including creative principles, advertising technologies and operating models. You will bring your experience in **market research, graphic design development and Consumer Data analysis and communication campaign.**
You are** fluent in English,** a fast learner with functional expertise and with a focus on business objectives. You have the capability to influence people and orchestrate teams and stakeholders accross all levels of the organization.
You have a spontaneous curiosity of always seeking the reasons behind phenomena and events, lateral thinking and sharp marketing sensitivity.
Moreover, your **Global Strategic thinking** and **drive for results** attitude will help you meet this role’s objectives.
You have a **knowledge of MS Office** and **digital tracking tools** (i.e. Google analytics, Socialbakers, Business manager) and **SAP**.
