We are currently looking for a **_Sales Manager _**with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solution_s_ to clients and key partners in the European market.
Your performance in this position will be evaluated based on your capacity to onboard new customers, foster revenue growth by implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies, secure customer retention, and play a role in the overall achievement of our sales team and business.

**In this role you will need to**:

- Develop, close, and scale a pipeline of successful accounts to increase revenue;
- Collaborate with the internal teams to plan and carry out strategic deals in complex sales cycles;
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that convey the uniqueness of our products;
- Act as Impactify’s ambassador across the European markets, promote our products, and serve as a consultative partner providing first-class customer experience;
- Understand customer needs and pain points and work with the internal teams to develop solutions;
- Create new methods and strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/yearly quota;
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and their capabilities as well as knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products;
- Attend networking events and trading shows to liaise with publishers and advertisers.
- You have a strong track record of selling complex media solutions;
- You excel at generating leads, building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, and closing deals;
- You have a solid understanding of software development and web technologies;
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills;
- You are motivated and eager to learn new skills;
- You are fluent in English, French & German. (Spanish language is a plus).
