**We are looking for**:
**Sales Manager (M/F/d) in Diekirch**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Diekirch (L) we are looking for a Sales Manager (M/F/d) in Special Mechanical Engineering. Your mission is to drive sales and develop and expand the client's market.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is a renowned company for the manufacturing of special and technically highly complex machines in the field of paper processing.

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for the sales of various machine platforms
- Responsible for the sales strategy and the development of new business models
- Oversee the long-term relationship with customers, especially the sale of new machines, upgrades, and services
- Contribute to the development of machine platforms with customer and market knowledge
- Explore and exploit new markets, using existing and new technologies

**Your profile**:

- Academic background, preferably in a technical field
- Proven track record of complex technical sales and delivery processes in an international customer environment of 10+ years
- Communicative leader with a clear and positive communication style
- Results-oriented people manager who not only manages the sales team, but also inspires and motivates them
- Convince people of the added value that the client has to offer
- Willing to travel
- Express yourself well in spoken and written English. French and German is an asset.
