Anidris is looking for a talented and driven Sales/Marketing Assistant to support the Sales teams, handle some Marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. You will be expected provide support to our sales team, contributing to the overall success of our business. If you thrive in a role that involves diverse tasks, supporting various teams, solving challenges, and adapting to a flexible scope of work, this opportunity is tailor-made for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales-related documentation and materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
**Marketing**:
- Collaborate with our external marketing agency on executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging content for print and digital platforms.
- Enhance customer engagement by optimizing CRM systems
- Plan and execute internal and external events, ranging from intimate gatherings to larger functions (20 to 200 attendees).
**Administrative**:
- Perform varied administrative and support tasks required for business leads
- Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; meetings and event arrangements; customer relations; special projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills to build, develop and maintain internal and external partnerships
- Solution focused and positive attitude are essential
- Possess a can-do attitude and the ability to prioritize the workload
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
