**Junior Account Manager (h/f)**

Dédié à la commercialisation de ses différentes activités proposées à près de 1.500 sociétés membres : conférences, formations avec des experts ou social events pouvant regrouper 50 personnes comme 1.000.

**Vos missions**
- L’acquisition de nouveaux membres avec un volet prospection important au sein d’une équipe dynamique et bienveillante ;
- Le suivi et le développement d'un portefeuille clients existant ;
- La gestion et le conseil d'une clientèle B2B principalement ;
- Participation active aux évènements du club et animation du réseau

**Votre profil**
- Commercial de formation, vous possédez une première expérience réussie dans le domaine de la vente B2B ;
- Vous avez le goût du challenge, de la vente et la culture du résultat ;
- Vous avez, idéalement, une bonne connaissance du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, son actualité, ses acteurs et institutions économiques ;
- Capacité à identifier, contacter activement et de manière autonome des prospects dans le but de concrétiser de nouveaux contrats ;
- Bonne organisation personnelle ;
- Vous avez un profil commercial « chasseur » tout en ayant à cœur d’aider vos clients à développer leur société grâce à nos services ;
- Élément moteur au sein d’une équipe ;
- Goût et facilité pour le networking et la mise en relation ;
- Vos capacités relationnelles ainsi que votre curiosité vous permettront de développer un important réseau professionnel et de créer des relations durables avec vos clients ;
- La maîtrise du français est indispensable, la connaissance d’une autre langue comme l’anglais ou l’allemand ou luxembourgeois est un atout ;
- Sensible au monde de la publicité vous avez un goût prononcé pour les nouveaux médias
