**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity to work as a manager of a portfolio of SPVs from A to Z, with a particular experience required of managing and closing transactions in the capital markets space. You will also maage a small team of 2/3 more junior colleagues
- You will be responsible for incorporations, liquidations and managing the corporate life of the entities at any step in between
- You will be reviewing transaction documents and effectively manage transaction closings.
- You will undertake due diligence (AML CTF) on the entities
- Be the key point of liaison between clients
- Be responsible for your time recording
- Supervise others in the team
- Keep up to date with relevant regulatory changes
To be considered for this position you will:
- Have strong experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience
- Have a strong knowledge and understanding of capital markets activities
- Be a great team player, able to positively contribute to a team environment
- Possess fluent English language skills
