Senior Corporate Administrator Part-time in a Law

**Your responsibilities will be to**:
- Prepare and write minutes of general meetings of shareholders, therefore accurately and completely documenting the decisions taken at general meetings, thus ensuring transparency and compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and write minutes of meetings of the board of directors and client companies, therefore ensuring clear and exhaustive documentation of the discussions and decisions taken during the meetings, thus facilitating decision-making and subsequent monitoring of actions.
- Prepare resolutions of the board of directors of client companies including monitoring their execution and archiving, therefore ensuring the preparation and monitoring of resolutions taken by the board of directors, thus guaranteeing their effective implementation and traceability in company archives.
- Filings with the commercial and company registers and the register of beneficiaries, therefore ensuring regulatory compliance by ensuring that official documents are deposited with the relevant registers within the stipulated deadlines.
- Updating share registers of client companies therefore maintaining accurate and up-to-date share registers for client companies, thereby ensuring the correct management of shareholdings and shareholder rights.
- Providing administrative support to corporate clients, therefore providing comprehensive administrative support to corporate clients, helping them to effectively manage their affairs and meet their legal obligations.
- Obtain KYC documentation in case of new corporate clients, therefore collect and verify the necessary KYC information when acquiring new clients, thereby ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations and risk reduction.

- ** Fluent in German and English** and have the ability to work in a multilingual environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in both languages.
- Good knowledge of French and Luxembourgish which will be a considerable asset, proficiency in these additional languages would be a significant advantage in interacting with various stakeholders in the French-Luxembourgish environment.
- At least **5 years of experience in the field in Luxembourg** and have solid professional experience in the legal and administrative field, with in-depth knowledge of practices and regulations specific to Luxembourg.
