Our client, a law firm based in _**_Gasperich_**_, Luxembourg, is an _**_independent, human-sized firm_**_ that has been in existence for 10 years. _
- They offer a wide range of legal services including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and real estate, banking and finance, tax and real estate. You could be working in a stable team of 10 people, also in a French-speaking environment where fluency in English is essential. _The working environment is modern, pleasant and stress-free._
**_ Executive Assistant - Your Role :_**
- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including:_
- **_ Office management and secretarial duties_**:
- **_ Assistance with AML/KYC tasks_**:
- _ Organisation of offices and meeting rooms_
- _ Monitoring supply orders_
- _ Providing administrative support to the firm's lawyers_
**_ Executive Assistant - Your Profile:_**
- _ Easy-going, open-minded, proactive and sociable_
- _ Keen to learn and develop_
- **_ Solid IT and_** _Microsoft_**_ Office skills_**:
- _ Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is a plus, _**_fluent French and English are essential_**:
- _ Respectful of corporate dress_
- _ Able to work in a calm, stress-free environment_
- _ Available for normal working hours from 8am to 6pm, working 100% from the office_
