**Vos missions au quotidien**:
**Mission principale **:Le Technical Leader est le garant du design et de l'implémentation technique du produit / service délivré dans une équipe informatique.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
**Co-élabore le design technique du produit délivré**
- Stimule les équipes dans la recherche des solutions techniques optimales
- Facilite la recherche collective de solution technique
- Arbitre après consultation lorsque les équipes n'arrivent pas à trancher sur la solution technique

**Apporte son soutien sur les activités techniques**
- Forme les nouveaux arrivants et les ressources moins expérimentées
- Apporte de l'aide aux ressources faisant face à des difficultés techniques
- Résout les problématiques infra / middleware rencontrées par l’équipe

**Egalement, il/elle réalise les activités de Software Engineer / Développeur Agile**

**Responsable de l'intégration cohérente du produit dans le SI avec l'Architecte Technique**
- Analyse des impacts du design du produit sur l'architecture technique du SI
- Collabore avec l'Architecte Technique dans les choix d'implémentation au sein du SI

**Garant de la qualité et de la maintenance technique du produit**
- S'assure que la stratégie de développement logiciel est bien respectée
- S'assure que la stratégie de test du produit est bien respectée
- Est le référent des pratiques Craftmanship et DevOps

**Contribue à la veille technique de son périmètre et à sa diffusion, au sein du chapitre Technique SGSS/TTD/AST.**

- Français et anglais au niveau avancé
- Langages / Technologies / Framework en fonction des besoins du périmètre : PL/SQL, JS, Java,.Net, Python, Hadoop, API (Application Programmation Interface), C++
- Automatisation de création d’environnements et des déploiements
- Continous Delivery et Continous Integration Méthodologie de développement /Craftmanship, pratique de développement agile : Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Domain Driven Development, Legacy Refactoring, Pair Programming
- Connaissances fonctionnelles sur le périmètre des métiers titres
- Méthodologies Agiles (Kanban/ Scrum/Scrumban),
- Connaissance de l'outil MFTA
- Connaissance des OS (Windows, Linux)
- Connaissance des Réseaux IT, Cybersécurité, Firewall
