**Business Operation Team / Réception des échantillons (w/m)**
CDI, 32 ou 40 heures/semaine
**Responsabilités**:
**Quelles seront vos tâches au sein du laboratoire ?**
**Vous êtes l'interface entre plusieurs départements **:Au sein d'une équipe performante, vous contrôlez et encodez dans notre système informatique les échantillons reçus au laboratoire. Vous assurez la distribution des échantillons auprès des différents services du laboratoire. Vous contrôlez aussi les protocoles envoyés par nos laboratoires sous-traitants au Luxembourg et à l'étranger.
**Vous rendez possible l'analyse des échantillons **:Grâce à votre sens de l'organisation et à votre réactivité, les échantillons sont analysés dans les délais et dans le respect des conditions pré-analytiques.
**Compétences requises**:
**Ce que nous attendons de vous:
**Une formation ou une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine médical (employé médical qualifié) **:Vous pouvez vous appuyer sur votre expérience pour maîtriser les défis quotidiens. Vous bénéficierez d'une période de formation interne qui vous permettra de travailler de manière autonome.
**Travail en équipe et fiabilité **:Vous travaillerez certes en équipe mais chaque membre conserve son propore domaine d'action et de responsabilité.**
**Orientation client **:L'orientation clientèle, précisément dans le domaine médical, est une exigence incontournable et nous avons choisi de placer la satisfaction client au centre de nos actions.
**Langues**: En raison de l'internationalité de notre entreprise, la maîtrise de plusieurs langes présente un gros avantage. Nous encourageons l'apprentissage d'une langue supplémentaire (allemand, anglais ou français).
