We are looking for a dynamic Startup & Innovation Manager to help us scale our operations, drive growth and lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop an implement business strategies to drive growth and scalability
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and processes
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, optimise resources and ensure financial health
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build partnerships and expand Joule's reach
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in managing or scaling startups or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
- Understanding of business operations, finance, and strategy.
- Communication skills in English, German and French (written and verbal).
