**Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Restaurantleiter/in für eines unserer Restaurants in der Nähe der deutschen Grenze.**
**Die gesuchte Person sollte über Kompetenzen in den folgenden Bereichen verfügen**:
- Betriebsleitung : Der/die Geschäftsführer/in sollte in der Lage sein, alle täglichen Abläufe im Restaurant zu überwachen, einschließlich der Planung der Öffnungszeiten, der Verwaltung von Bestellungen und der Beaufsichtigung des Personals.
- Kundenservice: Der Manager wird für die Kundenzufriedenheit verantwortlich sein, sollte sicherstellen, dass der Kundenservice von hoher Qualität ist, Beschwerden sorgfältig bearbeitet werden und die Kunden zufrieden sind.
- Personalmanagement: Der Geschäftsführer wird dafür verantwortlich sein, die Dienstpläne seines Teams zu organisieren.
- Finanzmanagement: Der Geschäftsführer muss in der Lage sein, die Budgets, die ihm von der Geschäftsleitung zur Verfügung gestellt werden, zu sichern.
- Marketing: Der Geschäftsführer sollte für das Restaurant werben, Werbung machen und Marketing betreiben, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Kunden zu halten.
- Strategische Planung: Der Manager sollte in der Lage sein, langfristige strategische Pläne für das Restaurant zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die Kundenbindung zu stärken und dafür zu sorgen, dass die Speisekarten immer auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
**Erforderliche Fähigkeiten für die Position des Geschäftsführers**:
- Führungskompetenzen: Der Geschäftsführer muss in der Lage sein, sein Team zu führen, zu motivieren und zu inspirieren, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Der Geschäftsführer muss in der Lage sein, effektiv mit seinen Teammitgliedern, Kunden und Lieferanten zu kommunizieren.
- Kompetenzen im Bereich Kundenservice : Der/die Geschäftsführer/in sollte in der Lage sein, einen hochwertigen Kundenservice zu bieten und dafür zu sorgen, dass die Kunden mit ihren Erfahrungen zufrieden sind.
- Kompetenzen in Lebensmittelhygiene und -sicherheit: Der/die Geschäftsführer/in muss in der Lage sein, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Standards für Lebensmittelhygiene und -sicherheit eingehalten werden, um die Sicherheit von Gästen und Personal zu gewährleisten.
- Mindestens vier bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich.
- Gründlich, kreativ und diszipliniert sein.
