Area Manager East Luxembourg @ Concept

**We are looking for an experienced manager for one of our restaurants near the German border.**
**The person we are looking for should have skills in the following areas**:
- Operations management: The manager should be able to oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, order management and staff supervision.
- Customer service: The manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, should ensure that customer service is of high quality, complaints are handled with care and customers are satisfied.
- Personnel management: The manager will be responsible for organizing the schedules of his team.
- Financial management: The manager must be able to manage the budgets provided by management.
- Marketing: The manager will be responsible for restaurant promotion, advertising, and marketing to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Strategic planning: The manager must be able to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the restaurant, building customer loyalty and ensuring that menus are always up to date.
**Skills required for the position of manager**:
- Leadership skills: The manager must be able to lead, motivate and inspire his team to achieve the company's objectives.
- Communication skills: The manager must be able to communicate effectively with team members, customers and suppliers.
- Customer service skills: The manager must be able to provide high-quality customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Hygiene and food safety skills: The manager must be able to ensure that hygiene and food safety standards are met to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in the field.
- Must be rigorous, creative and disciplined.
