**We are seeking a Recruiter Germanspeaking**

Business Services are the backbones of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.

**What you will be working on**
- As a recruiter, you will be collaborating with your internal clients from the Audit practice advising them on the best way to identify and attract Trainees & Graduates.
- Working hands in hands, with the other Recruiters and sharing best practices, you will then have to work on an appropriate sourcing strategy using social media and traditional portals to find our new key talents.
- You will interact with Career Advisors from Business Schools & Universities to make sure that we attract the right talents and make KPMG the clear choice for our future graduates.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Fluent in German and English. French and any other language would be considered as a real asset.
- IT literate and able to use social networks in a professional environment
- Proactive and service-oriented with a commercial, results driven background
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Team player and have the ability to communicate effectively on all levels
