**A “Quality Manager” - F/M/H**
Job Details
Main responsibilities
You will report to the “Plant Manager”
- Manage the Quality Department (process, project, customers and suppliers)
- Introduce, monitor and improve the overall quality approach in the context of daily departmental activities
- Integrate this approach into the strategy, general vision and daily activities of other departments
- Be responsible for respecting and implementing the quality objectives, efficiency and profitability of these departments
- Collaborate with internal and external partners in the implementation of action plans aimed at optimizing quality results
- Define, implement and manage quality indicators, as well as tools for continuous improvement of processes and product quality
- Prepare, plan and carry out certification renewal or monitoring audits with the organizations concerned and ensure the success of the audits in question.
- Raise awareness among company employees of issues related to quality
- Be responsible for the continuous updating of information regarding the “quality” activities of the departments available to stakeholders as part of daily management, particularly at the level of the Management Team
- Be ready to visit customers
Profile requested
- University training or equivalent by experience
- Experience of at least 3 years as a Quality Manager in a demanding sector (services, industry, etc.)
- Knowledge of SPC software and BRCGS certification is a plus
- Fluency in French, German and English languages
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 certification and significant implementation experience
- Autonomous, rigorous, structured person, with a sense of organization, good capacity for analysis and synthesis
