POSTE
Your missions
Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements,
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and increasing overall operational efficiency,
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues,
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all quality-related matters, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality objectives,
Manage the escalation process with customers to address and resolve quality concerns,
Oversee the assessment of process audits and finished product inspections to ensure quality and reliability,
Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts, and produce key performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis,
Ensure effective quality training for all team members,
Maintain plant compliance with IATF-16949:2019 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, as well as customer-defined quality systems and requirements.
PROFIL
**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field,
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification is preferred,
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, ideally in glass manufacturing,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities,
Willingness to travel as needed,
Experience in lean development and leadership,
Proficient in Quality Management (QM) software,
Fluent in English; proficiency in German and French is a plus.
