**We are seeking a Quality Officer.**
The Quality Officer is a crucial member of our quality management team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, processes, and initiatives within KPMG Luxembourg. The Quality Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's services meet or exceed quality expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
**What you will be working on**
Quality Standards Implementation:
Assist in implementing and maintaining the organization's quality standards and guidelines under the guidance of the Quality Manager. Collaborate with teams across the firm to ensure awareness and adherence to quality standards.
Quality Control Support:
Support the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services. Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality control measures.
Business process design:
Support teams to document and design their policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with the firm’s quality standards. Identify and implement in collaboration with the business teams lean and improvement initiatives.
Quality Management System (QMS):
Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with organizational goals and international quality standards. Assist in the preparation of QMS documentation and records.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and compile data related to quality metrics and performance. Assist in analyzing quality-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Awareness:
Support the delivery of quality management training programs to staff members. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Audits and Assessments:
Participate in internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in preparing audit reports and recommendations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on quality performance for review by senior management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality-related documentation.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to address quality-related issues and implement quality improvement initiatives. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
**What we look for**
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated interest in quality management principles and practices.
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Business process design skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when necessary.
Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification is a plus.
Basic knowledge of quality management standards and principles is a plus.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
