**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero Group Headquarter**, we are currently looking for a **Supply Chain Quality Development Specialist** who will become part of our **Quality Department**, based in **Luxembourg**.

Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will be responsible for defining the rules, KPIs and guidelines in the Industrial perimeter in relation to Industrial and Commercial Supply Chain, cross area and cross category in order to provide central guidelines to be adopted and followed by Areas to assure Ferrero Quality.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this position, you will define and develop Supply Chain KPIs. This position requires also development and maintenance of the tools (i.e. Power BI, IT Portals) necessary to evaluate quality sites’ performance, as you will be responsible for developing and issuing Ferrero’s Group monthly and annual dashboard.

You will be the link to support Areas, local Quality team and Supply Chain as Subject Matter Expert (SME) - you will consolidate and analyze inputs for improvement of current quality rules from several stakeholders, from Group quality and certification audits to feedbacks from Area, local Quality team and Supply Chain, and nonconformities.

Moreover, you will define and issue quality requirements/guidelines and quality operation instructions for Supply Chain, managing tools and processes of quality monitoring in SC.

You will support the function to develop a roadmap of improvement activities, aligned with the quality masterplan and you will deliver consistent programs/procedures, either by leading projects as business PM or by contributing as SME to central or Area projects in conjunctions with other functions (e.g. Logistic development, Op. Industrial quality Development, Commercial quality Development etc.).

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your university degree background in Biology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or other related fields and at 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality.
