En tant que Brand Specialist, vous rejoignez l’équipe Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) qui propose une palette de services dédiés aux plus grandes marques adaptée à tous les aspects clés de l’univers retail.
Vous serez le point de contact privilégié pour les fournisseurs (vendors) de votre portefeuille de marques sur Amazon. Les clients sont le point de départ de votre travail et leur satisfaction votre priorité. Vous identifiez des leviers pour faire grandir vos marques et optimiser leur performance sur le site d’Amazon, tout en entretenant d’excellentes relations avec vos partenaires et en garantissant et la satisfaction de vos fournisseurs

Vos principales responsabilités en tant que Brand Specialist sont les suivantes:

- Prendre en charge la relation avec vos marques de A à Z
- Collaborer en interne avec les partenaires clés du retail dans le cadre de la définition des priorités et des objectifs opérationnels en fonction des besoins de vos marques
- Définir des plans d’actions en partenariat avec vos marques afin d’optimiser leur rentabilité
- Suivre et analyser vos indicateurs de performance clés afin d’améliorer la qualité de vos services en continu et dépasser vos objectifs
- Participer aux initiatives de développement et d’innovation des équipes AVS en Europe

Les Brand Specialists ont des missions variées pour les marques qu’ils supportent et notamment:

- Conseil : d’identifier des opportunités de croissance sur la base d’analyses financières approfondies et de rapports
- Sélection : aider les marques à enrichir la sélection de produits qu’elles proposent en supervisant le lancement de nouveaux produits et en améliorant leur visibilité
- Disponibilité : contribuer aux efforts d’amélioration des processus et de l’excellence opérationnelle en visant une réduction des coûts, des défauts et des délais tout en innovant
- Trafic : participer au développement et à l’exécution de campagnes de marketing et de merchandising afin de générer du trafic
- Conversion : construire et mettre en place des offres promotionnelles et améliorer l’expérience client sur le site Amazon

Au travers de ces missions vous contribuez à l’amélioration même du service AVS. Nous recherchons continuellement à donner de l’envergure à ce service par le développement d’outils adaptés et la collaboration cross-fonctionnelle avec les équipes Tech notamment.

Basic qualifications:

- Diplôme de Bachelor/Master
- Très bon niveau d’anglais et de français à l’écrit comme à l’oral (C1 minimum)
- Une première expérience professionnelle de 6 mois minimum (stages inclus) en analyse financière, retail, achats, gestion de stock, gestion de projet, marketing, consulting, business development, négociation ou logistique
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office : Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

- Maîtrise du français ou autre langue européeenne (allemand, italien, espagnol)
