**Team Leader Corporate - High Expertise, Open Communication
We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Team Leader Corporate within our partner, a PFS known worldwide for its high level of expertise with its clients (securitization vehicles, SOPARFI, Holdings...).
You will have the opportunity to work on **exciting** and **ambitious** client files, while benefiting from a continuous training effort on the part of this PFS, which will enable you to remain informed about regulations and to **sharpen your expertise** throughout your experience.
You will be the supervisor of juniors corporate officers within a human sized department, which grants you the personal and professional satisfaction of transferring your skills and know-how to future generations of Corporate Officers.

**Your Responsibilities **|** Corporate - PFS - Management - Legal**
- You will have to **manage a small team** in the corporate department, and be responsible of the **supervision** and **review **of juniors corporate officers’ deliverables.
- You will be in charge of the daily corporate life of your client portfolio (securitization, SPV, Holding ) from the constitution to the liquidation.
- You will have the opportunity to truly develop your technical and managerial skills thanks to the diversification of your missions.
**Profile and Career Path **|** Corporate - PFS - Management - Legal**
- To ensure the good follow up with your clients and colleagues, you will have to be fluent in **English** and **German** (written and oral professional proficiency).
- You already have a Luxembourgish experience, of **at least 5 years**, in a similar structure and a **securitization** **background** will be considered as an asset for this position.
- You have a good level of **autonomy** thanks to your acquired knowledge and you are willing to supervise and train junior profiles.
- You are open minded and love to work in an international framework (clients, colleagues, offices).

- Legal**
- According to your level of experience, your annual gross remuneration can reach **€** **75** **000 **to which a discretionary bonus will be added and represent an **extra month’s salary**, and **meal vouchers of €10.80**, and offer you a real life comfort by allowing to offer yourself some budget to your personal projects
- Luxembourg residents and cross-border workers will enjoy the **perfect location** of this PFS, in the very heart of the downtown center, which will give you more possibilities of activities during your lunch break (restaurants, shops) and **avoid a boring daily routine**.
