Key responsibilities


As a working student at JPMorgan Asset Management, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks such as the following.


  • DaytoDay Tasks: Provide general administrative support on key departmental daytoday tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting.
  • Long-

Term Projects:

Actively participate in projects from starting point up to completion, including projects relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification.


Roles exist in the following areas: Finance, Control Management, Governance Office, Sales, Product Administration, Service Delivery, Client Onboarding, Risk Management, Investment Management Oversight and Human Resources.

  • Work in close cooperation with other members of the team
  • Collaborate with various internal departments locally and internationally
  • Develop thorough understanding of the Asset Management Industry within a leading organization

Profile:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree or any other educational course offered by the University of Luxembourg, in the fields of Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar
  • Applicants must have a student visa in Luxembourg and be registered in an educational programme offered by the University of Luxembourg
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiastic team player
  • Ambitious, hardworking, driven, reliable and capable of showing initiative
  • Autonomous, diligent, and detailoriented work style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

IMPORTANT:

This working student program is designed to provide a fixed-term, on-the-job experience in parallel to university studies and is limited to 15 working hours per week with the possibility to be supplemented by a summer internship prior to and/or pursuant to such period.

The duration of the working student program is 10 months, with starting date 15th September.
