Senior Technician Tool Support

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform, Control and Maintain the Tools and Equipment for the Maintenance & Production departments in accordance with rules and regulations.
- Maintain a quality system for tool & equipment management:
- Create, update and improve Quality Manual, General Procedures, Specific Procedures, Forms and other quality documents
- Support Maintenance and Production in selecting and operating appropriate tools & equipment
- Participate in the tool & equipment selection and approval process
- Is in direct contact with entities like Engineering, Facility, OHS, LuxControl for tool & equipment approvals
- Create, update, maintain a system for Preventive maintenance of machine and equipment within Maintenance
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
- Experience as Aircraft mechanic is considered as an advantage for this position
- Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
- Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
- Have the ability to work independently and to show good initiative
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The position is based in Luxembourg
- Occasional travel may be required
- Flexibility may be needed with working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
