**Vos responsabilités **| Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Fiduciaire**
- Vous dirigez de la constitution à la dissolution.la gestion juridique de votre portefeuille de clients, constitué principalement de SOPARFIs, Fonds : SPV, PE/RE.
- Vous établissez des contrats et rédigez tous autres documents légaux en rapport avec l’administration juridique de ces entités (modification et augmentation du capital, changement de siège, etc.).
- Vous servez de passerelle entre les administrations compétentes, banques, notaires et avocats et vous coordonnez les interactions de vos clients entre ces acteurs.
- Vous maintenez avec vos clients une communication constante et sur mesure, afin de partager efficacement l’évolution de leur dossier.
- Vous accompagnez, selon votre expérience, vos collaborateurs juniors en revoyant leur travail et en les épaulant.
**Profil et parcours **| Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Fiduciaire**
- Une **expérience préalable d’au moins 3 ans** au sein d’une Fiduciaire, PSF, ManCo ou d’un Big Four, avec une gestion indépendante de portefeuille semblable.
- Une **maîtrise totale du français** et un niveau **d’anglais fluide** est indispensable dans le contexte professionnel et pour faciliter votre intégration dans une équipe francophone.
- Motivé et confiant, vous êtes agile et cherchez à faire carrière à long terme dans une PSF ambitieuse et qui saura respecter votre individualité.
