**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQ** **in Luxembourg**, we're searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our **Supply Chain department** for a **6-month internship starting in September**. Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will be supporting in the monitoring and oversighting the interaction with the Plant Operating planning team preserving the accountability at local level on the basis of the operating planning horizon.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Thanks to your support to the Area Operating Planning Manager, you will coordinate actions between different plants across the area. You will provide visibility to the local supply chains regarding plant closures, maintenance breaks, and production line shutdowns. You will assist the area plants, ensuring communication with local supply chains while maintaining accountability at the local level.

You will provide analyses on the performance of the area’s plants according to identified KPIs for production planning over the operative horizon (minimum first 16 weeks). These analyses will include case fill rate, orders cut, demand variability and accuracy (SFA, bias), destructions, intermediate products stock coverage, and production planning achievement. You will support AOP Europe teams in business analysis and daily reporting to measure planning parameters, aid in decision making, and analyze performances.

Your understanding of production planning processes is a key asset, ensuring your contributions align seamlessly with our operational objectives. Your curiosity for, and understanding of, the local supply chain and plants' environment will further enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of our dynamic landscape.

Your proficiency in the MS Office package, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint, will help you effectively analyze and communicate crucial information. You are fluent in English with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration and driving insightful decision-making processes.
