**About the Role**:
**Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg** is looking for a **Category Planning intern **who will be will reporting directly to the Category Planning Manager and will collaborate with several central and local functions.
As a Category Planning intern, you will support the team with activities linked to the **overall planning, capacity assessment for mid-term horizon and product portfolio**, interacting with Category Planning Specialists as well as the Global Presidency and Area Marketing.
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will **support the Category Planning team in the mid-term production of the category** via the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and in defining the production allocation to the different Group Plants, on the basis of production capacity and specific constraints optimizing industrial variables (such as formats, flavors, etc.).
Additionally, you will contribute on** assessing and performing capacity analyses** within the strategic plan horizon on the existing industrial assets.
You will also be the guardian on the Operations side of the product portfolio in alignment with the new catalogue management and in strong collaboration with the Portfolio Managers of Global Presidency and Sales Business Development (SBD).
Covering this position, you will support the new catalogue governance, analyzing the product innovations and defining the impact of new CU/TU in the existing portfolio in alignment with the product golden rules and driving towards continuous product harmonization.
Lastly, you will provide support on the definition of the arbitrage process (i.e. shortages, unexpected reduction in production capacity, etc.) with the Global Presidency and on other analysis related to Operations Category Planning.
**Who we are looking for**:
You bring knowledge from a **master’s degree in economics or industrial/Management Engineering.**
You will succeed in this role thanks to your result-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and precision, strong zoom in/out approach, accountability, and proactivity. Additionally, you are comfortable in managing complexities with multiple variables.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally and effectively with stakeholders of all levels of seniority, including senior management, and the ability to build working relationships and networks to maximize integrated team’s business actions.
On top of this, your knowledge of MS Office and fluency in English will be key.
