**Description**
- Monitoring van regelgevende en wettelijke ontwikkelingen en uitvoering van GAP-analyses met betrekking tot het productlandschap en de samenleving ;
- Aanpassing van bestaande processen, richtlijnen en normen en invoering van nieuwe om de naleving van alle wettelijke en regelgevingsvereisten op bedrijfsniveau te waarborgen en te zorgen voor interne en externe regelgevingsrapportage voor de afdelingen Compliance en AML ;
- Voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van beoordelingen, tijdige opstelling van periodieke verslagen en resoluties, alsmede implementatie en ontwikkeling van een effectief nalevingssysteem met inbegrip van documentatie in overeenstemming met de planning van nalevingscontroles ;
- Deelname aan het bestuur van de vennootschap en de SICAV-structuren (bestuursvergaderingen, periodieke rapportage) ;
- Beheer en controle van contractaanpassingen, prospectussen en halfjaar
- en jaarverslagen alsmede LFR in het kader van de fondsverslaggeving ;
- Actieve samenwerking binnen de groep van ondernemingen met vertegenwoordigers van de afdelingen Compliance, Risk Management, Auditing en andere en binnen de onderneming met de afdeling Outsourcing Controlling ;
- Uitbreiding en onderhoud van het documentenbeheer in de afdeling ;
- Verdere ontwikkeling van interne normen en controlemechanismen in het kader van de risicogebaseerde auditaanpak en risicobereidheid van de onderneming ;
- Centraal aanspreekpunt voor management, raad van bestuur, toezichthouders, accountants ;
- Interne en bedrijfsoverschrijdende projectwerkzaamheden ;
- Aanvaarding van speciale functies zoals functionaris voor gegevensbescherming en deelname aan diverse interne comités.
**Profile**
- Je hebt een diploma economie of een vergelijkbare opleiding ;
- U hebt ten minste 4 jaar beroepservaring op de Luxemburgse financiële markt binnen een fondsmaatschappij of een accountantskantoor en ervaring op het gebied van witwasbestrijding, compliance en juridische ondersteuning;
- Je hebt een goed begrip van de Luxemburgse regelgeving;
- Een zeer goed niveau van het Duits en een goede beheersing van het geschreven en gesproken Engels zijn vereist;
- Je bent vertrouwd met de huidige Microsoft Office producten en hebt ervaring met het gebruik van efile en edesk ;
- U neemt graag eigen verantwoordelijkheid, denkt en handelt ondernemend en bent gewend zelfstandig te werken.
