**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQs** in **Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for a **Seasonal Control Tower Specialist **who will report to the Seasonal Control Tower & Destruction Manager within the structure of Area Europe Operating Planning. The main purpose will be to support the achievement of seasonal products target service level.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Cooperate with Plant Operating Planning team to insure production planning in line with demand;
- Monitor production evolution and activate corrective actions when needed to insure in time production;
- Coordinate operative issues arising from cross plant productions;
- Collect and escalate any bottle necks that might threaten in time production;
- Monitor sales plan evolution and investigate outliners to support in time errors correction to avoid over/underproduction;
- Coordinate and insure clear streams of communication with main stakeholders: Supply planning team in BU, Plant Operating Planning teams, 3PO team, Documentation Flow team;
- Maintain and Improve reports on sales evolution, production evolution and production criticalities to be addresses to main internal stakeholders.
**Who we are looking for**:
**Education & Background**
- Masters degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, others;
- Preferably **5-7 years of experience **in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning;
- Preferably experience in FMCG companies.
**Knowledge**
- SAP APO;
- Knowledge of MS Office - proficiency in Excel,
- Preferred knowledge of Power BI;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Any other language is considered a plus.

- Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability;
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively;
- Self-starter who sets priorities and drives deliverables to execution with high autonomy;
- Ability to react quickly - appropriately manage challenging situations real-time;
- Comfortable in managing through uncertainty;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills - must generate actionable options for solving problem;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally and effectively with senior management, company executives, challenging Commercial and Operational people of all levels of seniority;
- Superior communications skills, both written and spoken - the ability to succinctly and precisely summarize a situation, describe a solution and give confidence to senior stakeholders;
- Ability to build working relationships and networks across all the Service source functions to ensure smooth delivery in a challenging environment;
- Result oriented, problem-solving skills and teamwork.
