**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez l'équipe Luxembourgeoise d'une quarantaine de collaborateurs en tant que coverage officer.
Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de:
- Identifier et développer les relations client de la banque avec les entreprises, les family offices et les sponsors financiers et de commercialiser les produits de Natixis ;
- Préparer des propositions et des présentations pour les clients existants et potentiels ;
- Coordonner l'exécution des transactions et les différentes lignes métiers du groupe ;
- Travailler avec les analystes de crédit dans le processus de diligence et d'approbation de crédit et fournir une supervision pendant le processus d'approbation de crédit ;
- Assurer la conformité et le respect des processus internes (compliance, risk, ESG ).

**Profil et compétences requises**:
À propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous
De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans une institution financière ou dans des fonctions similaires, et vous disposez d'une expérience au Luxembourg avec un solide réseau professionnel.
Vous maîtrisez:
- La prospection commerciale auprès de large cap ;
- Les transactions de banque d'investissement, les marchés de capitaux obligataires et d'actions ;
- Les fusions-acquisitions, les dérivés d'actions et les financements liés aux actions.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:
- Reconnu pour vos solides relations avec les clients acquises à travers un coverage ou en tant que product owner en banque d'investissement ;
- À l'aise pour communiquer.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1, la connaissance de l'allemand ou du luxembourgeois serait un atout supplémentaire.
