**Who we are looking for**:
International Financial Data Services (IFDS) is the leading supplier of third-party administration and IT services to European investment clients and their customers. We employ over 3000 staff across the UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, Thailand and Mumbai. We are seeking an experienced Transfer Agency Senior Associate to join and lead our Registration Oversight Team. **What you will be responsible for**

In the role of Transfer Agent, Registration Oversight Team Leader you will be responsible for:

- Lead a team of up to four members and drive change in the Oversight model where needed;
- Perform oversight on new account openings, maintenance and broker items to in line with Luxembourg regulatory requirements
- Ensuring strict adherence to internal rules, policies and procedure
- Build strong working relationships with management, compliance and staff across all functions.
- Host weekly and monthly calls with delegates to discuss findings and share information and procedures
- Ensure changes in operational activities are reflected in procedures and job aids and that they are shared with delegates
- Liaise with the Compliance and Risk Departments to escalate any AML and KYC issues and ensure swift and compliant resolution

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position is preferred;
- Experience in KYC/AML and specifically in account opening for both retail and institutional investors (low, medium and high risk investors);
- A thorough and methodical approach to problem solving with an analytical mind-set
- Demonstrable experience of working accurately and with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and sound understanding of the fund administration process
- Team oriented
- Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Self-starter, ability to work on own initiative and under tight deadlines
