MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES
Au sein de notre organisation mondiale des ventes, le Sales Administrator joue un rôle clé dans la gestion des relations et l'offre de services à nos clients. Vous associez à la fois des responsabilités commerciales et la gestion des commandes, en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de vente sur le terrain, dans un environnement de travail international multi-sites.- Établir une relation de confiance avec vos comptes clients par mail, téléphone ou des visites occasionnelles chez les clients- Suivre l'évolution des clients existants et nouveaux en termes de chiffre d'affaires, de prix, de consommation, d'exécution des contrats. Mener les actions adéquates selon les résultats.- Soutenir le processus S&OP en mettant à jour les prévisions de vente et les données et en respectant les priorités fixées par les clients.- Assurer le processus "quote-to-cash" (du devis à l'encaissement)- Coordonner la création des données de base des clients et des matériaux dans le système ERP, conformément aux normes de l'entreprise
PROFIL ET COMPETENCES- Être titulaire d'un Bac+2 ou Bac+3 en Administration des Ventes, Economie ou équivalent- Parler couramment l'anglais. La maîtrise du français sera considérée comme un atout.- Avoir une première expérience au sein d'un service client dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un environnement industriel multinational. Une première utilisation de SAP est un plus.- Être proactif et faire preuve d'une excellente communication- Avoir des capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
