**Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include**:
- Driving pipeline, bookings, and attaining targets through programmatic execution against the GTM plan, executing on cross-sell and new name sales plays.
- Collaborating with marketing and a dedicated BDR team to drive demand.
- Partnering with Client Success Managers to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for clients.
- Bringing the voice of the customer into the product roadmap by partnering with product teams.
- Adhering to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager**:
- You will have a track record in SaaS technology sales.
- You will have consistent experience in a quota-bearing sales environment.
- You need excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You must effectively and consistently build and manage your sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual revenue attainment.
- You must be fluent in English and French; additional language proficiency, especially Dutch or German, is preferred.
