**Client Description**:
We currently recruit, for one of our clients, a key international banking institution, a **Back Office Analyst**.
This is a temporary contract with a mission of up to 12 months.
**Responsibilities**:
As a **Back Office Analyst, **you will****:
- Prepare statistics (KPI) for the unit
- Manage contractual discussion with counterparties
- Update ad-hoc procedures
- Follow and coordinate projects and tasks
- Create, validate or modify different type of SWIFT messages (Categories 1,2,3,5,9 mostly).
- Validate MM & Securities transaction
- Coverage of End of Day activities
- Prepare monthly reporting for the management
- Prepare the daily Key performance indicators (KPI) of the team.
You will work in a team of 10 persons.
You will have permanent interactions within other teams and frequent external contacts (counterparties,)
- You should be resistant to stress (linked to intraday cutoff and deadline).
- You should be team oriented and able to prioritize with strong analytical skills.
- ** Very good knowledge of English and a good command of French (mandatory)**
**Qualifications**:
- University degree preferably in a business related field (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, IT, mathematics, engineering);
- Additional relevant postgraduate studies or professional qualification in finance is considered as an advantage.
**Key technical/professional knowledge and skills**:
- Knowledge of Macro, VBA, Access databases, Accurate and Swift Alliance is considered as an advantage.
